
780th Military Intelligence Brigade
Welcome to the 780th Military Intelligence Brigade at Fort George G. Meade, Maryland. On behalf of our command team, Col. Jennifer Buckner and Command Sgt. Maj. Lawrence Hoke, we would like to be the first to welcome you to the brigade. The 780th Military Intelligence Brigade a major subordinate command of the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command, and the Army Cyber Command, is the newest military intelligence brigade in the Army and our Soldiers are on the cutting edge of technology and intelligence operations.
MISSION
Mission: The 780th Military Intelligence Brigade, conducts signals intelligence, computer network operations, and enables Dynamic Computer Network Defense operations of Army and Defense networks.
The 780th Military Intelligence Brigade headquarters is located on Fort George G. Meade, as is one of its subordinate units, the 781st Military Intelligence Battalion.
The 781st Military Intelligence Battalion, activated on July 2, 2008, under the former name of the Army Network Warfare Battalion, supports the U.S. Army and the Department of Defense in providing tactical support to Army Brigade Combat Teams world-wide through strategic support to other services, joint commanders and interagency partners.
