Command Sergeant Major (CSM) William M. Rinehart

Commanging Sergeant Major

Command Sergeant Major William M. Rinehart assumed responsibility as Command Sergeant Major, U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), on July 27, 2020.

CSM Rinehart enlisted in the Army from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on Dec. 7, 1989. He attended Basic Combat Training at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Upon his graduation, he attended the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California, to study Persian Farsi. After graduating he continued his Advanced Individual Training at Goodfellow Air Force Base, Texas. Upon completion, he was stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, as a Voice Interceptor, Low Level Voice Intercept Team.
