The Army’s Research & Technology Protection focal point for integrating Security, Intelligence, Counterintelligence, Foreign Intelligence & Security Countermeasure expertise for Army RDA and S&T program needs.


Serve as the Army’s centralized capability for Army modernization protection by integrating security, intelligence, counterintelligence, and foreign intelligence, to enable the identification of Critical Program Information and Controlled Technical Information throughout the acquisition lifecycle.

The ARTPC serves as the Army’s primary technology transition enabler, bridging the divide between security, counterintelligence, S&T, and acquisition program managers to ensure warfighter superiority, through Army modernization protection.
